Finally, we had enough dry weather so that they could pour the garage floor and frame the room
We’re paying for it so I feel obligated to use it!

Back
The roof was finished at the end of March and the windows and doors are also in. It rained for a few days so it’s too wet to pour the garage floor. We’re hoping that the next few days will dry out the front/side yard so they can finally get the equipment back in to finish up the last upper level concrete work.
The heating and cooling contractor has started and as the pictures show, the plumber has finished the rough-in and has set all of the tubs and showers.
